Camera Mundi started building furniture for the early childhood sector back in 1990.  With time, we added to our portfolio the best lines of educational and institutional furniture and other custom products such as shelving units of all sizes and other pieces specifically for libraries.

Today, a staff of drafters and designers, with over 25 years of experience, is ready to assist our clients in the acquisition of custom furniture that is innovative not only in its design but also in its functionality.

Our team of 30 skilled woodworkers is committed to produce high quality furniture, on time and on budget. Their dedication and attention to detail, combined with the modern machinery in our 22,000 sq. ft. state of the art manufacturing plant, enables CMI to produce high quality custom furniture as per our clients requests.   The use of high quality materials that meet LEED, CARB phase 2 and FSC certifications will guarantee the durability of each piece we build.

We specialize in high volume projects for schools and other educational institutions, state and federal government facilities, hospitals, hotels, stores, banks, shopping centers, child care and Head Start centers, among others.  Our “knock down” products may be packed and sent overseas for easy assembly by either the client or contractor.
